INCIPICT papers ECOC 2020

Even more remarkably, one of the two papers presenting experimental data taken in collaboration with Bell Labs is a HIGHLY-SCORED paper, while the inter-core crosstalk modeling paper was granted an EXTENDED presentation slot in addition to being highly-scored.
